Before your FIRST session

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first session. This will give us time to go over your goals and expectations, while making sure all the required paperwork has been filled out. This ensures we can begin our session on time. Paperwork can be filled out electronically prior to your appointment on the booking app.

Rebooking

We can easily schedule your next appointment. After your first treatment, we will discuss the observations from the session and the plans for the next session. If you want to keep your body on a wholesome therapeutic journey with massage therapy, I offer standing appointments for relaxation and wellness. Schedule in-person or over the phone.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is preferred when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee priced at a percentage of the rate of the session that was booked, which must be paid prior to rebooking.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for any reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full amount of the session. Two or more no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges or require prepayment for future appointments.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. Session times are firm and will be honored in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to me and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
